SECO performed the HVAC and Plumbing installations on the first Gold LEED-Certified Building in Springfield, MO. Some of the features that make this building unique include:

• Green roof with rain drainage that reduced water consumption by 90% during construction

• Over 80% of the materials were recycled

• Solar panels provide a portion of the energy needed to run the building.
